Chirag Kumawat bom in 1994. A young contemporary miniature artist based in Udaipur, Rajasthan.I pursued M.A in Drawing and painting from M.L. Sukhadia University Udaipur Rajasthan and receive a gold medal in 2019. He consider his Father Mr Shankar kumawat as his Idol who taught him this art tradition and made him fall in love with it. He is working as a miniature artist since last 10 years.Just like his father he would want to continue his journey as an artist in this miniature art tradition and he envisions carring forward this legacy to the future generations with pride. He enjoys working in the Traditional techniques and developing his own contemporary miniature style. His works usually depict country side scenes of Rajasthan village life, especially Udaipur village side which show their lifestyle,vegetable market and ritual ceremonies, one of his work show the history of Gypsies and there Origin. Chirag has participated in various miniature & contemporary art camps & exhibitions.
