Pradeep Jogdand (born 1987) is a young sculptor based in Mumbai. He did his BFA in sculpture from J.J.School of Art in 2009 and MFA in sculpture from Faculty of Fine Art in Jaipur in 2011. Pradeep's work is a study of contrasts, using rough and polished surfaces to enhance opposite aspects of duality of masculine & feminine forms. The rhythmic & dynamic quality of his sculptures throb with vitality of life. His work has been exhibited at Jehangir Art Gallery, Nehru Centre & Tao Art Gallery in Mumbai, Lalit Kala Akademi Gallery in Delhi & Chennai, Pragati Maidan in Delhi & Jawahar Kala Kendra in Jaipur. He has won the Maharashtra State award, Bombay Art Society and the Prafulla Dahanukar Foundation HRD scholarship awards. He has participated in several camps & workshops in Udaipur, Ahmedabad, Kerala, Lucknow, Mysore, Patna, Chennai & Mumbai and many more. Pradeep lives and works in jaipur
