Venket Ramulu Jogu born in 1982 is a Hyderabad-based artist from Telangana state. Postgraduate in printmaking 2012 from Kala-Bhavan, Visva-Bharati University, Shantiniketan, West Bengal. He enjoys working his classic themes merged with abstract forms with fine lines, delicate, latticework, and seems to be infused with unsurpassable energy, almost like living organisms. They throb and unravel the intricate patterns of happenstances that define and weave the fabric of life.
Most of his art works on canvas, a polyptych, which contains huge canvases, depicts imagery that represents sounds of letters, like in a script. He has created his own version of alphabets, in the form of visual symbols. These symbols are simplified and minimalistic in their strengths. The work consists of a series of interlinked anecdotes, which have been represented through the artist’s visual imagery for swaras and alphabets
